Sandy is the Founder & President of the global Product Design & Development group - INVENT GROUP focused on taking new product ideas right through to prototype development and manufacturing. Sanandan is also the Founder of Indian Inventors Association, a global platform for bringing all inventors & innovators together.
Sanandan has worked with the likes of GE, Jarden, Haier, Dell, GSK, Shell, Tata, Temptations, Symphony, Eureka Forbes, Godrej, Electrotherm, HLL, Voltas, Michelin, Clorox, Eton, Polycom, Whitney, Iridex and Amul and has deep insights of both local & global perspectives in relation to market differentiation, product design practices, consumer preferences & trends. An alumna of the prestigious Lady Irwin College, Delhi University; Jyoti Sudhir holds a Masters in Human Development. She is an Internationally Certified Personal Empowerment Life Coach, accredited and recognized by the Certified Coaches Alliances, Canada. With a rich experience of 17+ years in leadership, team and organization transformation, Jyoti has held various academic, corporate & partnership positions.
She is also the Director & Co-founder of InventIndia Innovations Pvt. Ltd., a global industrial design and development firm. InventIndia helps organizations including several Fortune 500 companies to design new products, interactive experiences and spaces focused on innovation and invention. The studio was nominated as India’s best design studio by the Pool Magazine.
She is currently the Chairperson for CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), Indian women’s network, Gujarat. Her entrepreneurial endeavors were recognized at the India International Centre with the Women Entrepreneur National Excellence Award 2016.
